Is there a way to put payment to seller on hold until the product is delivered and verified the condition?
What does the seller have to do on their end and is there special shipping or labels needed?
How does the payment get released to the seller, is it on signature that the product has been delivered or do I the one sending the payment have to release it after checking the product?
I don't think any seller would be happy to send an item before being paid !!!
As for the rest it depends on...........
many factors all listed in Paypals buyer protection policy for you to read so you can risk assess your transactions. Legal (bottom right of Paypals pages) > user agreement > buyer protection.
