first i have made refund and then linked my personal account to paypal will i still recieve the payment in my debit card? or shall i be in touch with the seller to refund the amount to paypal for further processing ?
If you paid as a guest buyer via a debit card and did not log into a paypal account to pay then any refund will automatically go back to that card and not to your paypal balance.
