hy, i am new here, so i need some basic information. if someone receives a payment for a item, then the item is send, can the buyer of the item take back his money before receiving the item, and then he ends up with the money and the item? or after he receives the item he doesn't want it anymore, can he reject the item and ask for a refund (without real cause) ?
for example, a friend selled a smartphone, and the buyer asked the courier to look at it privately, and the switched it with a fake and said it doesn't want the item anymore and wants his money back. ( the courier saw the new phone is different and asked for the real one back, but was just luck )
