I am new with paypal and i integrated this payment method at my shopify as one of the third party payment methods for my webshop. I live in the UAE, dubai, and i just did 3 test payments of 1,25 dollar through the website (paid from the netherlands) to verify everything, but my balance is still at 0.00 dollar. Does anyone know what this is and what this means?
