When you make a payment using PayPal, we will request the funds from your bank/card straight away. If the payment is cancelled on PayPal, the request to your bank/card issuer will be cancelled and the funds will not complete to PayPal. Please contact your bank/card issuer, and advise them if the payment has been cancelled on PayPal and they will be able to release the funds back to you.
