There may be multiple reasons why your payment may have been refused. For example, your account may have been limited and in this case, please check your Resolution Centre for more information. Otherwise, it may be that your payment has been stopped by our security system. In that case, we cannot change our security process but you can try to delete your cache and cookies and wait for 48 hours without accessing the account to let the system reset.
