Why are my payments not going to Netflix automatically from my bank account? Now everytime I go to pay for my Netflixs account it keeps bringing me to put in a credit card number. It never has before my payments always got taken right out of my back account.

Hi @hall1234,

 

I'm sorry to hear that your preferred payment method for that subscription is not being used. You can double-check the setting by following these steps.

 

If that's set correctly and your bank is still not being selected as the payment method at the time of payment, there could be a problem with the bank account itself or its use on PayPal, such as a decline from the bank at the time of the payment or at some time in the past.
