hi. im getting an email from paypal asking me to claim my money that someone has sent to me -however when I log in my balance is 0 and there is nowhere to 'claim' the payment - help pls thanks

What countries currency did they send the funds in?

Are you sure the funds were sent to the same email address that your paypal account is linked and verified to?

In euro. Yes email address was good but I'm still without funds.im getting email to claim the money but cant.
