My friend sent me money but I didn't link my account to credit card or bank account and I also found the balance zero what should I do ?

To receive funds you have to have a linked and confirmed credit visa card on your account for the auto withdrawal.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
