so i just opened a paypal account and i am trying to make a payment with my paypal balance but it wont go threw it says We're sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment right now. Please try again later can some 1 help me with this?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
