i am trying to buy a vehicle from ebay and the seller has requested i pay via paypal. i have no problem with this but am dubious as he has sent me the invoice from paypal which statyes the vehicle in question will be covered in terms of a refund should i find fault in it within the first 5 days of recieving the vehicle. it also states that paypal will hold my payment for the 5 day awaiting confirmation from me that i wish to continue with this purchase. if i decide not to buy then paypal will immediately refund my money in full and inform the seller accordingly. has anyone been in this situation and is it as safe as the invoice states.
your help would be greatly appreciated.
