payment received email but not showing on balance or activity

Hi

I have received an email stating payment received , following a Sale on ebay.

I was asked to verify my account which I did.

I have then received another email stating that the payment is a pending credit card payment and my account needs upgrading t be received???

I then received another email stating payment received and it is on hold.

However, no money is showing on my balance and the transaction is not showing on my recent transactions.

I've clicked the link in the email and it takes me to a genuine page.

Any ideas as to a solution or what has gone wrong?
