hey there i have sent money to someone and he didn't received the amount.. but the amount was already debited from my account and I have sms from the bank telling me that amount was debited from my account.. please help

What does it say next to the transaction in your paypal account? Completed payment or sent OR pending unclaimed with or without a cancel option?
