Hello, there was a problem when paying for goods via paypal from a bank card, the money was withdrawn from the account, but this is not in the activity, like the goods, but the bank shows that the money was withdrawn, what should I do?

If you do not see the payment on your PayPal account but your card has been charged, the payment may have been completed through guest checkout and not by logging in to your PayPal account. I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Service to make sure that the purchase went through correctly. If you would like to call in, you can find the correct phone number for your country by clicking 'Help & Contact' at the bottom of the PayPal homepage and by clicking 'Contact us' and then 'Call us'.
