payment problem

Hi I have a paypal account that is linked with a prepaid card successfully, but when I try to use Paypal through "Buy It Now" at Ebay, it asks me to add a credit card to my account? I already have a credit card on my account that is not expired nor being held which has enough money, And when I add the card info and click add, nothing happens, the paypal window stays still! Any advise please?

I'm sorry to hear that you're being asked to add a credit card for a payment when you already have a card in your Wallet. It sounds like the existing card is being declined for use for this payment. Please reach out to customer service for troubleshooting.
