so i tried to donate to a twitch steamer and it showed me this message

Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.
the first time it withdraw money from my bank account but nothing got to the steamer after that i tried to donate agin and it showed me the same message but no withdraw form my bank account
Unless this link needs updating as far as i can see you can't use a local bank account as a funding source in your country only a card.
The only exception is U.S expats can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts (paypal is a U.S company so they allow their citizens to do this).
