Hi, I like to ask a question, when I use my paypal to check out, paypal balance is my preferred payment option, but the balance is not enough, so can I use my paypal balance to pay first and then use my card to pay the rest? how to set? for an example, if I want to make a purchase about $500, my paypal balance has only $200, can I use paypal balance to pay $200 and then use my card to pay the rest $300? hope to hear the answer, thank you.

Hi @Nelson829,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!
In general, what you mentioned is correct! If you do not have enough balance in your PayPal balance to complete a purchase, the remaining amount will take from a secondary funding source.
I hope this helps.
Martina
