1. This is not customer services, you would need to contact them for account issues.

2. That does not look like a Paypal email to me, Paypal do not say that payments will show up in 15 - 25 minutes. Payments are normally instant but Paypal state to 'allow' a couple of hours..........do not send anything until the funds are SHOWING in your Paypal account balance.
