i have had an email notification of a payment saying my email is unconfirmed and a link to confirm it with a 20 digit code. i have clicked the link and gone to my account but nowhere for me to enter the code as it says there should be. please help.
Thanks for reaching out! You can have that email resent from your Settings in your profile if you still need help confirming your email. Just go to the email section of your profile, click "Update", and then you should see an option to resend that email by clicking "Confirm this email". Hope that helps!
