I've been trying to send a friend money from my account for some days now and is giving me error message, like sorry we weren't able to complete your payment at this time

Some info would help.

is your friend in the same country

does she have a paypal account

is her email address verified

have you checked the email address to make sure there are no spelling errors entering her info correctly

are you funding it from your balance or a card

if balance is it in the right currency

have you sent funds before

have you verified any linked cards or bank accounts
