Aaron sent me 70usd dollar, but I received only 48.25 GBP why did I not receive the payment in USD dollar?

Go to your paypal wallet and see what currency you have listed as your primary one.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
