I am new user to paypal and its my first transaction that I have received. I got a mail fron paypal noting that the "payment is waiting" further they mentioned that they need more information of my account and visit resolution section on my account. But I didnot get any resolution open. but my transaction is waiting. there is no any recent transactions shown in summary. please help me how to solve this problem
