I was looking to integrate Paypal payment gateway on my website, but it seems its not applicable in my country. can anything be done about it? Am from Nigeria

Customer's in Nigeria can use PayPal to send money/ make purchases only. It is not possible for PayPal accounts registered in Nigeria to receive funds and therefore the Business payment options would not be available.
