I usually use the PayPal link with my discover credit card to send money or pay online. Last week, I use Paypal to send money to my brother but it was declined. It keeps asking me to link the credit number on although I already have a credit card on my file. It never happens to me before. I did call the bank(2 times) to solve my issue card but it still happens. They said because I used my card to send out money with the same amount so I get the red flag, or I type the wrong expiration date or the address, (bla bla ...)...I did redo it but the problem still there..(I try Chase's credit card has the same issue) What should I do now?
