I've seen other people with this issue, but can't seem to see the solutions. I had a payment declined two days ago. Tried it several times, and just figured PP was having glitches, so paid with a different method. Then last night a recurring payment was declined. I have changed NOTHING on my PP account, have had the account for years, I have my bank account as the preferred method AND a back-up funding source, both with plenty of money. PP says my bank is declining, my bank says it's not. Help?
