payment cancelled

I purchased an item online. For awhile it said pending. Now it says cancelled. I did not cancel item. But yet I tracked package and should be here today. Why does it say transaction cancelled. Payments come from my paypal and any difference through the bank.  What do I do about this. I don't want that company to file a complaint that I'm defrauding them.

I'm sorry to hear of the concern with this payment. Generally, when the status of a payment changes, an email update is sent. I recommend checking for an email from us.
