I purchased an item via bay, seller said payment was stuck. So I cancelled original payment on ebay and now need to reissue payment. I can't do this via ebay, as item is already sold to me, but payment is pending. How do I reissue payment via paypal against original information.
This happened to me before, the seller has to send me a message through PayPal to my email requesting the amount of the transaction, it you could send it to the sellers email without them requesting it. It was years ago I would imagine it would still work the same. Good luck!
