please help me about this payment issue message:

 

There are several possible reasons for this. 
The most likely reason is that your account has not yet completed the KYC procedure to enable the reception of international payments. In this case, we advise you to complete the KYC procedure as soon as possible. You can find additional information about it via the link below. If you do not know how to do that, please get in touch with PayPal customer service for additional help.



The second thing to ensure is that your account is NOT limited to paypal.me payments. You need to enable "normal" PayPal payments to your account.

They mean you can't use a paypal.me link in your country and to receive funds you need to set up your account as per link.


To receive Paypal payments in your country + to be able to receive payments in your local currency read the below link.
