paying without credit card

Hi!

I have a problem with paying debt in my PayPal wallet. They said that Trustly is not available in my country (which is Slovenia) and when I want to pay with credit card they said there is some kind of problem and I can add fund. How can I put otherwise money in my PayPal wallet? Is it possible to get UPN form or somehow put money in my wallet?

Normally in most countries you can only add funds to a paypal account via a linked and confirmed bank account (not a card).

Other than that the easiest way to clear a negative balance is to ask a friend or family member to 'send' you funds to your balance to cover the debt using the friends/family option (think its available in your country).

Make sure they fund it from their bank account or funds in their balance and NOT a card so that there is no fee, then you pay them back however you want to.
