i owe 600$ to my paypal account, which i had paid already. but then they refunded the whole amount back in my bank account a few days later and then proceded to charge me again for it a few days later with an extra 45$ charge that i didn't have in the account to pay it. Then a few days later they deposited the money i owe them, back in my account, and then took it out again, with another 45$ charge. They have now taken 90$ extra out of my account because they keep refunding me the money i owe and keep taking it out again with an extra 45$ fee everytime. What do i do?
