Hi , Can you please check for me account, I can't use it to pay for some items on eBay, I have already use my PayPal account to pay but now i'm not able to use it again. my card have enough balance and will expire on 2023. one of the message i saw is "This card can't be used for this transaction.".
Please help or if there any way to contact PayPal support directly.
Ebay are going over to their own managed payments so not all sellers have to use paypal now, so it could be the seller you are trying to pay no longer accepts paypal and thats why you can't use it.
