i was asked to split the amount of money for (820 Dollars + 60 Dollars). so as to avoid the germany customs. the buyer then claimed that he can show the payment invoices of 60 dollars to stay away 200 dollars tax if he paid is a lum sum of 880.
i was wondering if the payment split will trigger a refund of 820 dollars after the buyer received my shipment?
