I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive the refund that you were expecting. Did they use the refund option to provide the funds back to you, or did they send you a separate payment? Is the transaction labeled as a refund? If so, the full amount of the refund given would come straight to your payment method. If only $1 was returned, they may only have given a partial refund.
