However personally I think its a waste of time, you can't use it on every transaction and can only use it when its offered by Paypal on checkout.
It gives you no more buyer protection as the seller is still credited the funds in advance, all it is is a 14 day interest free loan offered by Paypal in which time your item 'may' have arrived.
