paid online goods, lost money and no order

I bought a software on Native Instrument webpage. When I was at the PayPal confirming order screen I got busy and didn't confirm until later. After I confirming, the money has already been paid (along with a confirmation message from my bank account) but the order has been registered as an error and required me to pay again, with the software still in my cart. When I checked the my order page, that order is nowhere to be found. Is there anyway to fix this?
