I have a small gray oval number generator that I use when making a purchase. It is to verify that I am the one who is trying to make a charge. I went to use it a bit ago and the display said "low batt" and then when I pushed the button again it generated a number. I am trying to figure out how to either get it replaced or how to change the battery. I can't find anything on the paypal site that directs me to the proper area.

It sounds like you have a PayPal Security Key, is this correct? These security keys were discontinued recently so it might not be possible for you to use your security key when accessing your PayPal account.

In order for you to get clarification on this, I would advise you to reach out to our customer service team directly and we can check this out. This can be done by clicking the 'Help & Contact' icon at the bottom of any PayPal webpage. From here, you can then click the 'Call Us' option. If no number shows on the next page, please click the 'Call as a guest' option to be provided with the best number to call us on.
