hi i have someone who has sent me a payment, i can see it leaving her PayPal account but it has not come into my account any ideas please

Nope, you cannot see another person's transactions however, when someone sends you money, you should get an email notification from PayPal and you should also see a notice of the same in your Account Activity Section.

Double check the email address that she sent the payment to, was there a spelling mistake at all?

Was it another currency involved?
