not being able to receive payment from uae

i am not being able to receive a payment from a client from uae. 

i have received payments from other users from different countries. and the buyer has also made international payments although they are not being able to transact with me 

could any body help here

I have had this problem as the zip code field is mandatory but they do not have zip or postal codes in the uae?
