Hi @dstek1,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering that message. Is that when people send payments to you or when you send payments to someone else? It can happen for a few reasons. If the recipient is in a country that doesn't allow payments to be received, or if there's a limitation on the account, or if there's some step that need sto be completed to allow the receipt of payments, that message may be displayed.
