not able to sellect

not able to make this selection after entering amount   "Select either "Paying for an item or service" or "Sending to a friend."  this choice does not come  up

Hi @jimoldmaan,

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting. 

When you are making a payment from your account you start by entering the email address for the person you are paying. You click Next and this brings you to a screen where you enter an amount and a note if you wish to. Once you click Continue on that page there is a pop up to ask what type of payment you would like to send.

Rachael gave the stock reply, which didn't work in Firefox or Chrome.  Something's wrong with my Edge, so I can't try that yet.

So my payments are limited to send money to a friend, which isn't what I'm trying to do.

HELP!!!!!
