Hi, i have a problem, pay pal put reservation on my money , because asos.com didn't confirm the order. And I dodn't get my money back, now asos.com is asking me for transaction ID but I can't see this trasnaction any more 😞 how is that possible 😞
After a certain time (1 week or past 30 days) when a pending authorization is not captured by the merchant, it gets removed from your account and the funds released. You should have received a PayPal payment confirmation email with the transaction ID on it so check there.
