no payment shown on my side

My buyer paid, and sent me a screenshot showing that it was transferred to me, but nothing is showing up in my account. Any ideas? It's been 4 days now and still nothing.

1. Make sure its not a SCAM.

2. Have you confirmed your email address?

3. Are the funds being sent in USD?

4. Have you received funds before? If not read the link.

5. Double check the email address she used and make sure there were no spelling errors or misplaced dots !
