no payment notification

Has anyone ever experienced, in the online store the payment status has been received and there is a transaction ID.
But there is no incoming email for the payment and in the activity > receive payment there is no information about the payment
What happened? can anyone provide answers to this problem? thank you

Same here. I've called support, they said it's a known bug, and they are working on fixing it in up to 48 hours. 24 more hours left, partially solved.
