Hi, I couldn't find the option 'Sending to a friend' when I try to transfer. It's automatically shown "Paying for an item or service." How to solve this?

That option is not available in every country, but as you have not said which country you are in then hard to confirm.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
