need a refund

good morning

I misspelled a email and sent a payment. I realised an cancelled it while it was pending. Money has come out of my bank account. How do I request a refund

Thank you for reaching out to us. 

If in case the misspelled email address that you have sent it to does not have an existing account linked to it, then you should be able to cancel it and it should show as pending.

Here's how to cancel a payment:

1. On the Activity page, locate the pending payment.
2. Click Cancel.
3. On the next page click Cancel Payment.

However, if Cancel is not an option in the Order status/Actions column, the payment has been claimed and cannot be cancelled.
