my paypal payment is not showing goods and services or family and friends option

pls, why my paypal payment is not showing goods and services or family and friends option. it shows this in default: "Paying for an item or service".

please how do i change this, i want to send money using the family and friend option...my paypal is business paypal....

Not all countries have the friends/family option, if its not showing then yours must be one of those countries.

Payment for goods services is the same as payment for item or service.
