ok, so i have had money put into my account as payment since nov of last year and another big one 2 weeks ago, i have the email saying transfer complete but when i go to my account it is not there to transfer,, anyone help me , is there something i am not doing

Did you claim the payments and set up a cash or cash plus account to hold a balance OR did you select to have the funds auto sent to your bank account?
