Did you update or edit a new card from the same card ACCOUNT as the old one?

Or have you added a completely new card from a new card ACCOUNT?

Have you confirmed the card with the 4 digit code?

Does the billing address of the card match the address on your paypal account?

I added a new map. Confirmed with a 4-code, removed test money from the card
