Hello, 07.01.2019 00: 00 paid for the goods in the amount of$ 829 (from my account took 332 751 tenge), because of the difficulties of delivery, the seller canceled the order and initiated a refund. 08.01.2019 00: 00 I received a refund but the amount I received is less than ~ 320 862 tenge. the question is where 10 000 tenge evaporated!? Shouldn't I get the same amount back!?

When you buy currencies as in going on holiday then sometimes you get a good rate if you buy at the right time but it varies.
So you lost out on the currency conversion this time .
