Welcome to our Community Forums! That's a great question. If the sender still has a "Cancel" button on their side, the transaction should be able to be cancelled. Another option you have is to try to readd and reconfirm that old email address. If you do not have access to that email address anymore, your best bet is to look into cancelling it from the sender's end.
